Return Policy:
We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. Items must be returned in new condition, complete with all parts and paperwork. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee for any items that are returned unused and with complete packaging, instructions/manuals and parts. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to WhataFish.com, we do not refund shipping costs. Please contact us prior to returning any items for an RMA number.
Any products returned that have been used or are returned incomplete are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

Shipping Policies:
We pride ourselves in shipping your order out as fast as possible. In stock orders placed before 12 noon CST generally ship the same business day. Sometimes drop ship orders make take more than one day to process by the manufacturer. Report any damage, errors or shortages in your order within 24 hours of receipt, failure to do so may result in denail of credit.
